1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup Cucumber
1/2 Red Fresno Chili Pepper

STEP 1
Cut Firm Tofu into thick slabs and set on a few layers of paper towels. Cover with a few more paper towels and set a heavy plate on top to press out excess moisture.
